My partner and I stopped here for late night food . I haven't been treated so strangely in quite some time, the young man who handed me my food thrust it at me as if it were cursed and refused to look me in the face. very odd behavior.

I called to add to my order but the person who answered phone couldnt figure it out so they got a manager who couldnt do it either. They told me place another order online. Not doing that to get charged another delivery fee because no kne could figure out how to change an order. Sad thing is it was just placed less than 5 minutes before i called. Wasnt even in process. Not very good customer service.

For the most part, this location is pretty good. The staff inside are always kind to us when we come in and the food tastes fresh. One huge problem though is when I get deliveries. I've had multiple deliveries where we've asked for specific things off our sandwiches or "easy" sauces only for the sandwiches to arrive with those ingredients or have even more of those sauces on it. Example is that I got a beef and cheddar and asked for "ez" horseradish and when the sandwich arrived it was drenched in horseradish sauce. This has happened multiple times and I tip well too, only for sandwiches to be made wrong and make them inedible. The only other thing that is off putting is the cost of their sandwiches. Id live off them but not when two sandwiches and two combos comes out to like 40+ USD for two delivered sandwiches. Music is a little too loud in here sometimes too, which ... isnt the funnest.

Ordered delivery. Received 1/2 of what we paid for. Missing 2 bags of chips and 2 whole pickles. They refused to deliver the rest of our order!

Jimmy John’s never disappoints in both quality and customer service. I’ve been getting JJs several times a month for years now and 99% of the deliveries have always been quick or within reasonable time. Also, anytime a food item has been missing, they’ve always corrected it.
